Banan agrees to amend 20 articles of the company’s bylaws

Banan Real Estate Company announced on Monday the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting, (First Meeting) to amend Article No. (20) of the company’s bylaws.

The Company added on Tadawul that the association agreed to delegate to the Board of Directors the authority of the Ordinary General Assembly for a period of one year from the date of the General Assembly’s approval or until the end of the session of the delegated Board of Directors, whichever comes first, for (real estate activity – Construction activity – real estate development activity).
