‎“Edarat” announce E-voting start on GA items

Edarat Communications and Information Technology Company announced to its shareholders the date of electronic voting on the items of the Assembly’s agenda, starting at (1 AM) tomorrow, Wednesday, October 11, 2023, until the end of the Assembly’s meeting time.

This comes in reference to the company’s announcement on the Tadawul website on Thursday, September 21, 2023, which includes inviting shareholders to the extraordinary general assembly meeting (first meeting), which is scheduled to be held, God Almighty willing, at eight-thirty in the evening on Sunday, October 15, 2023, via social media (Modern technology).
