Sumou signs MoU with “Emaar” to study available opportunities to develop lands

Sumou Real Estate Co. announced on Thursday the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Emaar – King Abdalla Economic City aims to discuss ways of joint cooperation to study the available opportunities to develop lands in the city, in addition to finding innovative ways to finance these projects.

The company explained today on Tadawul that the Memorandum Duration is 6 months, and there is no financial impact currently.
