Saudi Lime Industries appoints Abdulaziz Al Bassam as a member of Audit Committee

Saudi Lime Industries Company announced on Sunday the decision of the Board of Directors to increase the number of members of Audit Committee from 3 members to 4 members and appointment Mr. Abdulaziz Tariq Al Bassam as a member of the Audit Committee

Mr. Abdulaziz Tariq Al Bassam holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the American University in Beirut (AUB) and a Master of Business Administration from London Business School (LBS). He has over 15 years’ experience in business management across diverse sectors including commerce, industry, and real estate. In addition, he has experiences on several Board of Directors and Committees.

The composition of the Audit Committee will be after the increase of the following members:

– Mr. Ehsan A Makhdoum

– Mr. Saleh Al-Yahya

– Mr. Yunus Abdulkareem Eishan

– Mr. Abdulaziz Tariq Al Bassam.
