Saudi Ceramic accepts CEO resignation, Azzam Al-Mudaihim replaces him

Saudi Ceramics Company announced the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company on Monday dated September 4, 2023 accepting the resignation of Eng. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Issa from his position as CEO of the Company, effective from September 17, 2023 due to his personal circumstances. He will continue as a member of the Board of Directors and a member of the Executive Committee.

The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Eng. Azzam bin Saud Al-Mudaihim as CEO of the company effective from September 17, 2023.

The Chairman and members of the Board of Directors and all employees of the Company extend their sincere thanks and appreciation to Eng. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Issa for all his efforts during his tenure as Company’s CEO. Wishing him continued success.

Eng. Azzam Saud Al-Mudaihim has more than 25 years of diversified experience in the business sector, where he held several leadership positions in a number of companies, most notably the CEO of Abu Nayyan Trading Company and the CEO of Shaker Group, in addition to other positions and membership in several boards of directors.

Eng. Azzam Al-Mudaihim holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from King Saud University and has a number of specialized certifications
