Rawasi: Marzouq Al-Otaibi appointed BOD Chairman, Mohsen Al-Otaibi as Managing Director

Rawasi Albina Investment Co announced on Thursday the appointment of Mr. Marzouq Miteb Mutlaq Al Otaibi – Chairman of the Board of Directors (non-executive), the appointment of Mr. Salman Ghazai Nour Al-Judaie – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors (independent), and appointment of Mr. Mohsen Miteb Al-Dajani Al-Otaibi – Managing Director (Executive).

The Board of Directors also decided to form the Audit Committee, appoint the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), and appoint the Secretary of the Board as follows:

– Mr. Faisal Saad Muhammad Al-Baqmi – Member (Independent)

– Mr. Abdul Aziz Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Faqih – Member (Independent)

– Mr. Abdul Rahman Ahmed Hajr Hazin – Member (from outside the board)
