ProMedEx announces resignation of audit committee member

Professional Medical Expertise Company, also trading as “ProMedEx” announced the resignation of the Chairman of the Audit Committee, Dr. Raveesh Muhammad Hussein Tatli, from the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee – (Independent) due to his own circumstances.

The Board of Directors also extended its thanks and appreciation to Dr. Raveesh Muhammad Hussein Tatli for the efforts he made during his term as a member of the Audit Committee, wishing him success.
