October 9: “Enma Al Rawabi” GA to vote on amending some ‎articles of its bylaws

The Board of Directors of Enma Al Rawabi Company invited shareholders to participate and vote in the second extraordinary general assembly meeting (first meeting), scheduled to be held on October 9, 2023, via modern technology using the Tadawulati system.

The company added, “Shareholders registered in the Tadawulati service will be able to vote remotely on the assembly’s items, starting at one o’clock in the morning on October 5, 2023, until the end of the assembly’s meeting time.”

The right to register attendance at the association meeting ends at the time of the association meeting. The right of attendees to vote on the assembly’s items ends when the screening committee finishes counting the votes
