Meyar Company announced the establishment of a subsidiary company under the name (Meyar Stone Mining Company, one person) with limited liability, 100% owned by the company, with a capital of (SAR 100 thousand).

The company works in the field of (mining) after obtaining the necessary approvals and licenses from the relevant authorities. The Board of Directors passed by circulation on 07/06/2023. This comes in line with the company’s strategic direction, and any developments in this regard will be announced in due course.

Furthermore, Meyar Company also announced the establishment of a subsidiary company under the name (Meyar Alasasat for Ready-Mixed Concrete Company, one person) with limited liability, 100% owned by the company, with a capital of (SAR 100 thousand), working in the field of (ready-mixed concrete), in Riyadh city after obtaining the necessary approvals and licenses from the relevant authorities. The Board of Directors passed by circulation on 13/07/2023. This comes in line with the company’s strategic direction, and any developments in this regard will be announced in due course.
