Horizon Food: Hatem Bargash resigned, Khaled Al-Aboudi appointed BOD member

Horizon Food Company announced on Monday the issuance of the Board of Directors’ decision to accept the resignation of Mr. Hatem bin Ali Bargash from the position of Board Member (independent). Mr. Khaled bin Mohammed Al-Aboudi was also appointed as a member of the Board of Directors (independent) starting from 09/18/2023 until the end of the current Board session.

Professor Khaled has more than 35 years of experience in the government sector and regional and international development institutions in the finance and private sector development sectors, as well as food security strategies and implementing qualitative investments in food security in several countries on different continents in the world.

The company, represented by its Board of Directors, would also like to extend its sincere thanks to Mr. Hatem bin Ali Bargash for what he provided during his tenure as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, wishing him success and prosperity.
