Horizon Food agrees to elect board members for vacant seats

Horizon Food Company announced on Monday the Approval of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting) of electing members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates to fill the three vacant seats on the Board of Directors in order to complete the current session, which began on 03/01/2022 and ends on 03/01/2027.

The Company explained that the elected members are as follows:

1- Youssef bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi

2-Abdul Majeed bin Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al-Rashudi

3- Mishal bin Malhi bin Abdullah Al-Arifi
