Halwani Brothers appoints Amr Farghal as CEO

Halwani Brothers Company announced on Wednesday the resolution of the board of directors (by circulation) on 26 September 2023 for the acceptance of appointing Eng. Amr W. Farghal as CEO of the Group effective from 15 October 2023.

The board has extended its gratitude and appreciation to Eng. Fawaz Mohammed Halwani for his efforts during his period of assignment as an acting CEO and wishing them all good luck and success.

It’s worth mentioning that Eng. Amr W. Farghal holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering in 1989. He has held several leadership positions throughout his career that extends to more than thirty years in Asia, India, Middle east, Central & Eastern Europe, Russia & CIS countries, and Africa. Eng. Amr last position held was working as a CEO of Kuwait Food Company (Americana -Food Division).
