Dar Almarkabah: Wael Al-Rashid, BOD member resigned

Dar Almarkabah for Renting Cars Co. announced on Wednesday the resignation of Wael Bin Saad Al-Rashid, a Board Member, due to the extreme slowness in reviewing and establishing the governance system and procedures in the company to align with its transformation into a listed company.

This is in addition to failure to follow the proper steps in adopting and disclosing the initial financial results of the company after listing, provided that the effective date of the resignation is September 26, 2023.
