It explained in a statement on Tadawul that the offering price is 23 riyals per share, with the coverage percentage reaching 495.07% of the total shares offered during the offering period from September 10, 2023 until September 14, 2023.

Yaqeen Financial Company, in its capacity as the financial advisor and subscription manager, will complete the necessary procedures with the Saudi Tadawul Group and then determine the date for listing the shares of Atlas Elevators Company for General Trading and Contracting in the parallel market “Nomu.”
