Amwaj International GA approves amendment of article related to powers of the president, deputy, managing director, and secretary

Amwaj International Company announced to its shareholders the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), in which amending Article (21) of the statute relating to the powers of the president, deputy, managing director, and secretary was approved.

Names of the Board of Directors’ Members Present at the General Assembly’s Meeting:

1- Mr. Badr Gharamallah Al-Zahrani – Chairman of the Board of Directors

2- Mr. Mazen Ghormallah Al-Zahrani – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors
