Amiantit: Associated Company awarded project with National Water Company at SAR 35 million

Amiantit announced the receipt of a notice of award for a project between the National Water Company and one of its associate companies, the International Water Distribution Company (“Tawzea”), in which Amiantit owns 50% of its shares.

The company stated on Tadawul that the project value amounted to SAR 35 million, excluding VAT, and the contract’s duration is 18 months.

The company stated that the objective of this is to operate and maintain wastewater treatment plants in the cities of Dammam and AlKhobar.

– Financial impact is expected to take place during the 4th quarter of the year 2023.

– The Company will announce any future developments in this regard at the due time, the date of signing the contract, and when receiving and signing the final version of the contract by all the concerned parties.
