Al Mawarid GA approves distribution of SAR 22.5 million cash dividends for H1

Al-Mawarid Manpower Company announced the results of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting), virtually held on Wednesday, 13.09.2023.

Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s

1. Approval of the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of the year 2023 in a total amount of SAR 22.5 million and the number of shares eligible for distribution is 15 million shares, which is SAR 1.5 per share and represent 15% of the par value of the share.

Eligibility for dividend distributions is for shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on the day of the General Assembly meeting, and who are registered in the company’s shareholder register at the Securities Depository Center (EDAA) at the end of the second trading day following the Eligibility date, noting that the distribution date will be announced later.

2. Approval of authorizing the Board of Directors to distribute interim dividends semi-annually or quarterly for the fiscal year 2023.
