AICTEC allows voting on General Assembly’s items

Taqadum International Communications and Information Technology Company announced on Thursday that the Shareholders registered in Tadawulati services can vote electronically remotely on the assembly’s items starting at 1:00 am on Thursday 21/09/2023 until the end of the assembly’s meeting time.

This comes reference to the announcement of Taqadum International Communications and Information Technology Company on the Tadawul website on 08-30-2023 regarding inviting its shareholders to attend the extraordinary general assembly meeting (first meeting) scheduled to be held at 19:00 on Monday 03/10/1445 AH corresponding to 09/25/ 2023 at the company’s main headquarters in Riyadh.
