“CleanLife” offering share price in “Nomu” set at SR112
Watheeq Financial Company, in its capacity as the financial advisor for the initial public offering of Clean Life Company in the parallel market “Nomu,” announced setting the offering price for the company’s shares at (112) riyals per share.
The company explained in a statement on Tadawul Al-Yam that the offering period will be from October 1-5, 2023.
