‎“2P” renews a facility agreement with SAB for 306 million riyals

Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Company (2P) announced the renewal of a banking facilities agreement worth 306.1 million riyals, compatible with the provisions of Islamic Sharia, with Saudi AlAwwal Bank.

The company said in a statement on “Tadawul” that the aim of this is to finance contracts for new projects and issue documentary credits and guarantees, and the financing period will be until September 30, 2023.

The guarantees provided in exchange for the financing will be guaranteed by a promissory note for the value of the facilities.
