‎“SAIC” announces E-voting start on GA items

Saudi Advanced Industries Company (SAIC) announced the start of electronic voting on the agenda items of the extraordinary general assembly meeting (the first and second meetings an hour after the first) via modern technology.

This comes in reference to the Saudi Advanced Industries Company’s announcement on the Tadawul website on August 31, 2023, regarding the company’s Board of Directors inviting shareholders to attend the extraordinary general assembly meeting (the first and second meetings an hour after the first) scheduled to be held via modern technology.
