‎“Solutions” signs a contract to establish and develop networks ‎for stc, at SR 381.86 million ‎

Arabian Internet and Communication Services Company (Solutions) announced that it has signed a two-year contract with Saudi Telecom (STC) (a related party) to implement a project to establish and develop Internet and communications networks for STC according to the scope of work specified between the two parties, where The value of the contract is 381.86 million riyals (including value-added tax) and includes the following:

Expansion of existing and new network points

Expansion of Internet services projects that serve the business units of STC

Contract details:

Providing the requirements of the business sector from the internal network of STC by installing data transfer devices.

Increasing the capacity of the domestic and international network to accommodate the growth in fifth generation services

Exchanging old devices that are no longer supported by suppliers

Increasing the infrastructure capacity of virtual broadband devices

Establishing an infrastructure for the internal network in the new data centers in Khamis Mushait, Dammam, Qassim, and northern Riyadh.

Supplying, installing, integrating, and testing hardware, equipment, software, and systems

The company said that it expects the financial impact to appear on the financial statements, starting from the third quarter of the year 2023 AD.
