‎“Dallah Healthcare” BOD decides to distribute SR48.8 million ‎cash profits for Q2‎

Dallah Health Services Company announced the decision of its board of directors to distribute 48.8 million riyals in cash dividends to shareholders for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2023 AD, equivalent to 5% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares eligible for dividends amounted to 97.6 million shares, at 0.50 riyals per share, provided that the eligibility for profits is for the shareholders who own shares on the due day on 08-24-2023 AD, and are registered with the Deposit Center at the end of the second trading day following the due date, and the distribution will take place on 09/07/2023.
