‎“Aramco” distributes SR 110.18 billion profits for Q2‎

“Saudi Aramco” announced the distribution of basic profits to shareholders for the second quarter, in line with its profit distribution policy, which aims to distribute sustainable and increasing profits of 110.18 billion riyals. Where it announced the first distribution of performance-related profits to shareholders based on the full annual results for the year 2022 AD and the results of the six-month period ending on June 30, 2023 AD.

The number of shares entitled to dividends amounted to 241.94 billion shares, while the share per share came from the distribution at 0.4554 riyals per share, and includes:

• Basic dividend, with a share of 0.3024 riyals
• Performance-related dividends, with a share of 0.1530 riyals. The company stated that the total amount distributed is 110.18 billion riyals (29.38 billion dollars), which includes:
• Basic dividends 73.16 billion riyals ($19.51 billion). Performance-related dividends of 37.02 billion riyals ($9.87 billion).

The eligibility date will be on September 10, 2023, while the eligibility will be for shareholders who own shares on the due date and are registered in the company’s shareholder register with the Securities Depository Center Company “Edaa” at the end of the second trading day following the due date, while the distribution date is on September 27, 2023.
