Voting on articles of Etihad Atheeb General Assembly commence on August 21

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) announced on Monday that the electronic voting on the agenda items of the 15th Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (first meeting).

The company explained Today on Tadawul that the voting will start at 1:00 AM and ends at the closure of the General Assembly Meeting on 23/08/2023.

The company added that registration and voting shall be available free of charge in Tadawulaty services for all shareholders.

This comes with reference to the Company’s announcement published on Tadawul on 01 August 2023, regarding inviting the shareholders to attend the 15th Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (first meeting), which will be held on Wednesday 23/08/2023 at 19:00 by modern technology means (Remotely) using the services of Tadawulaty.
