Sumou publishes transition document to Main Market

Sumou Real Estate Company hereby announced on Monday the publication of the Transition Document related to the process of transferring the company’s shares from the Parallel Market to the Main Market, with a capital of 375,000,000 Saudi Riyals and a total of 37,500,000 shares.

This comes regarding the approval granted by the Saudi Tadawul Group to Sumou Real Estate Company’s request for transition from the Parallel Market to the Main Market, as of 20/08/2023.
