Sumou distributes SAR 37.5 million cash dividends for H1

Sumou Real Estate Company announced its board of director’s decision to distribute SAR 37.5 million cash dividends to the shareholders for the first half of 2023, equivalent to 10% of the share par value.

The number of shares eligible for divided amounted to 37.5 million shares, at SAR 1 per share.

The eligibility for profits on Monday 2509.2023 for those who are registered in shareholders’ record at the securities depository centre company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date, and distribution will be on Monday 09.10.2023.
