Sumou appoints Khalid Al-Aqeel as Chairman of Audit Committee

Sumou Real Estate Company announced on Wednesday that the Board of Directors issued his resolution by circulation on 15/08/2023, which approves the appointment of Khalid Saleh AL Aqeel- (Independent Board Member)- Chairman of the Committee and appoint members of Audit Committee for a new term, and the committee will begin its duties on 16/08/2023 for a period of three Gregorian years expiring on 15/08/2026, as following:

1- Khalid Saleh AL Aqeel- (Independent Board Member)- Chairman of the Committee

2-Saeed Salem AL Nahdi – (non-Independent Board Member)- Member of the Committee

3-Faisal Abdullah Alkhaldi – (Independent Board Member)- Member of the Committee

4-Ziad Bassam AL Bassam – (Non-Board member)- Member of the Committee
