September 18.. “Mesk” GA to vote on amending the company’s ‎system

The Board of Directors of the Middle East Specialized Cables Company invited shareholders to participate and vote in the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting “the third meeting”, which is scheduled to take place on September 18, 2023 AD, which includes voting on amending the company’s system to harmonize it with the new companies’ system, rearranging the articles of the system and numbering them according to Complies with the proposed amendments

The company stated in a statement on Tadawul that each of the shareholders registered in the company’s shareholder register at the Depository Center at the end of the trading session preceding the meeting of the General Assembly has the right to attend the meeting of the assembly, according to the rules and regulations.

It added that, according to Article (35) of the company’s articles of association, the third meeting will be valid regardless of the number of shares represented in it, after the approval of the competent authority, while registered shareholders in Tadawulaty services can vote remotely on the assembly’s items, starting from 01:00 am. The company indicated that the right to register attendance for the assembly meeting expires at the time of the assembly meeting. Also, the right to vote on the articles of the assembly for those present ends when the sorting committee finishes sorting the votes.
