Qassim Cement BOD recommends distribution of SAR 58.5 million cash dividends for Q2

Qassim Cement Company announced the recommendation of the Board of Directors to distribute SAR 58.5 million cash dividends to shareholders for the second quarter, equivalent to 6.5% of the share par value.

The number of shares eligible for dividends amounted to 90 million shares, at SAR 0.65 per share, provided that eligibility is on August 28 for shareholders who own shares on the due day and are registered with the Depository Centre at the end of the second trading day following the due date.

The distribution will take place on September 17, through direct transfer to the bank accounts linked to the shareholders’ investment portfolios.
