On September 6, Morabaha Marina distributes cash dividends to shareholders for fiscal year ending on December 31, 2022

Morabaha Marina Financing Co. announced on Monday that the distribution of cash dividends of shareholders for the Fiscal year 2022 will be on 06 September 2023.

The Company explained that the eligibility of dividends shall be at the end of the trading day of the Extra Ordinary General Assembly Meeting on 27 August 2023 for the Shareholders registered at the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the Shareholders Assembly Meeting date.

This comes with reference to the announcement of Morabaha Marina Financing Company on Tadawul website on 20 July 2023 regarding the recommendation of the board of directors to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for fiscal year 2022, which was approved by The Extra Ordinary General Assembly on 27 August 2023, and the results of its meeting were announced on Tadawul website on 27 August 2023.
