Hail Cement distributes SAR 35.6 million cash dividend to shareholders for Q2

Hail Cement company announced the Board of directors’ decision to distribute SAR 35.6 million cash dividends to the company’s shareholders for the second quarter of 2023, equivalent to 3.7% of the share par value.

The company declared that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 96406522 shares, at SAR 0.37 per share, and the eligibility date will be on Sep. 10, 2023.

The company added that provided that the eligibility is for the shareholders who own shares and are registered in the company’s shareholders register at the Depository Centre at the end of the second trading day following the due date. Besides, the distribution date will be Sep. 26, 2023 through direct transfer to the bank accounts linked to the shareholders’ investment portfolios.

The company enhance the shareholders to update their data with the banks that hold their accounts to ensure that their due dividends are deposited directly in future.
