Budget Saudi starts electronic voting on articles of extraordinary General Assembly

United International Transportation Co. (Budget Saudi) announced on Monday the start of electronic voting on the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting Agenda (First Meeting) that will be held on 24-08-2023 at 06:30 pm via modern technology means.

Shareholders registered on the Tadawulati Services website are able to vote remotely on the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda through the (Electronic Voting) service, which will start on Sunday morning (01:00 AM) dated 20/08/2023 and end when the voting committee finishes counting the votes.
