Balady Poultry Trading distributes SAR 6.5 million cash dividend for Q2

Baladi poultry Trading Company announced the decision of the board of directors to distribute SAR 6.5 million cash dividends to shareholders for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2023, by 10% for share par value

The number of shares eligible for dividends is 6.5 million shares at an amount of SAR 1 per share.

The eligibility of cash distributions to the company’s shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Centre (edaa) at the end of trading on 03.09.2023 and registered in the company’s shareholders register with the Securities Depository Centre Company (edaa ) at the end of the second trading day. While the distribution date will be on Sep. 10.2023
