AlAhli REIT1 distributes SAR 34.3 million cash dividends to its unitholders for H1

SNB Capital Company announced the distribution of SAR 34.3 million cash dividends to AlAhli REIT Fund (1) Unitholders for the period from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023, equivalent to 2.40% of the net assets value.

The number of outstanding units on which cash distributions will be distributed amounted to 137.5 million, at SAR 0.25 per unit.

Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register at the end of 29.08.2023. Distributions shall be paid within 30 business days post-eligibility date.
