Al Sagr Insurance announces end of creditors’ objection period with no creditor objections

With reference to the announcement of Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Company (the “Company” or “Al Sagr”) on 31/07/2023 on the Tadawul website regarding the start of the creditors’ objection period to the merger deal in accordance with the provisions of Article (227) of the Companies Law, Al Sagr announces the following:

Al Sagr Insurance Company announced the end of the creditors’ objection period at the end of Tuesday, 15 August 2023, during which Al Sagr did not receive any objection from any creditor during that period.
