Al Khaleej Training: Lutfi Shehadeh, member of Audit Committee resigned

Al-Khaleej Training and Education Company announced on Wednesday that the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of the member of the Audit Committee, Mr. Lutfi Qassem Ahmed Shehadeh – who submitted his resignation from the membership of the Audit Committee (an independent member from outside the board) on 21/08/2023 based on his desire.

The Board of Directors of the company and the members of the Audit Committee extended their thanks and gratitude to Mr. Lutfi Qasim Ahmed Shehadeh for his efforts and effective contribution during his period as a member of the Audit Committee during the last period.

It is worth noting that the committee for the current session has become composed of four members, after the resignation of Mr. Lutfi Qassem Ahmed Shehadeh – which is in line with the rules, regulations and work regulations of the committee, which specified the number of committee members to be from three to five members.
