Airbus last week confirmed its delivery target with the release of its earnings report for the first half of the year, but backed away from a tentative target for baseline production of 65 small-size aircraft per month by the end of 2024, up from about 47 currently.

The company added that it had received a total of 60 orders in July, including previously announced deals with Pegasus Airlines for the delivery of 36 other aircraft, and with Icelandair for the delivery of 13 aircraft.

The company has so far received a total of 1,140 orders or 1,101 orders after canceling orders with a record order from India.
