‎“Retal” BOD decides to distribute SR80 million cash dividends ‎for H1‎

Retal Urban Development Company announced the decision of the Board of Directors to distribute 80 million riyals cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2023 AD, equivalent to 16% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares entitled to dividends amounted to 500 million shares, at 0.16 riyals per share.

The eligibility will be for shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on September 28, 2023 AD, and who are registered with the Securities Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the due date, and the distribution will take place on October 10.
