‎“Fitness Time” BOD approves distributing SR 39.2 million cash ‎profits for Q2‎

Leejam Sports Company announced the decision of the Board of Directors to distribute 39.2 million riyals in cash dividends to its shareholders for the second quarter of 2023 AD, equivalent to 7.5% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares entitled to dividends amounted to 52.3 million shares, at 0.75 riyals per share.

The eligibility for dividends will be for shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on August 3, 2023 AD and who are registered with the “Edaa Center” at the end of the second trading day following the due date, and the dividends will be paid on August 15.
