This comes as a reference to the announcement of the Arabian Factories Food and Dairy Company (Fadثco) on the Tadawul website on 06/11/2023 AD regarding inviting its shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), which is scheduled to be held at 18:30 on Sunday, the 21st. / 12/ 1444 AH corresponding to 07/09/2023 AD at the company’s main headquarters located in the city of Dammam in the First Industrial District (Al-Modon) – by means of modern technology using Tadawulaty services.
