Perfect Presentation Company (2P) announced on Monday the approval of the Board of Directors by circulation to establish a subsidiary (one-person company) with limited liability, 100% owned by the company, with a capital of (100,000 SR), the subsidiary will specialize in (SMS services), this comes after the approvals and licenses from the related parties.
