Obeikan Glass signs non-binding MoU with Al-Esra Factory to own and operate aluminum casting facility

Obeikan Glass Company announced on Monday the signing of a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Al-Esra Aluminum. This cooperation aims to own and operate an aluminum casting facility located at MODON industrial area in Al Madinah Al Munawara, as the Memorandum Duration is 3 months from the date of signing the MOU and can be renewed.

The Company said today on Tadawul that the financial impact cannot be determined at this stage and any material developments will be announced in due course.
