Naseej for Technology awarded project to supply information resources with Elm for SAR 5 mln

Naseej for Technology Co. announced on Monday that it has awarded a project to supply information resources with Elm for SAR 4,766,175 (VAT included) for supplying, indexing and shelving information resources in public libraries with ELM Co.

The company said that Mr. Fares Al-Rashed Al-Hamid, has an indirect interest in this contract in his capacity as he is also a member of the Board of Directors of Elm Company.

According to the published statement on Tadawul, the Documents completed on 23/07/2023, the company confirms that the contract is in the ordinary course of business and has no preferential treatment.
