Naba Alsaha obtains credit facilities from Riyad Bank at SAR 35 mln

Naba Alsaha Medical Services Co. announced on Sunday that it obtained credit facilities amounting to SAR 35,000,000 from Riyad Bank in order to build Health Spring Hospital in Riyad.

The Company said that the total financing period is 7 years, of which two years is a grace period. After the end of the grace period, payment is made in the form of quarterly or semi-annual instalments for a period of five years in exchange for real estate guarantees according to a real estate registration dated today, July 20, 2023, and a guarantee according to a declaration of a fine and a joint payment guarantee.
