Dammam airports will transport 5 million passengers in 2023 ‎through more than 46,000 flights

King Fahd International Airport in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, achieved a growth in air traffic by 17% during the year 2023 AD, compared to the same period last year, as the number of passengers through the airport reached more than 5 million passengers.

The number of flights reached more than 46,000, with a growth rate of 14% compared to the same period last year.

The number of airlines operating through King Fahd International Airport is 42 airlines, of which 3 are national companies, and 39 are foreign companies, with an increase of 5 new airlines that joined work through the airport during the year 2023 AD.

Flights depart from the airport to 62 direct destinations, including 46 international destinations, and 12 domestic destinations, with an increase of 12 destinations during the year 2023 AD, including 10 international destinations and two domestic destinations.
