Canadian Centre GA approves company transfer to main market

Canadian Medical Center Co. announced the decision of its board of directors no (15/2023) on 06.07.2023, approving the transition of the company from the parallel market to the main market.

The transition to the main market is subject to the approval of the Saudi Financial Market and is conditional on fulfilling all the requirements stipulated in the listing rules, and any developments related to this matter will be announced later.
