Aziz Al Sofyan, Vice Chairman of BOD of Sure Global resigned, Abdullh Al Faris replaces him

Sure Global Tech Company announced on Thursday the decision of the Board of Directors in which BOD approved the resignation acceptance of the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Aziz Abdullah Al Sofyan, and the appointment of Mr. Abdullh Eyad Al Faris as a member and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, as well as completing the term of his predecessor for the remainder of the current Board term, which ends on 10-09-2025.

Mr. Abdullh Eyad Al Faris holder of Bachelor’s degree in accounting from King Saud University, and a Master’s degree in business administration and finance from Herriot Watt University in Britain, in addition to a number of Professional Memberships in auditing and accounting, His current position is First Head of Finance in Riyad Capital, joined Riyad Bank Group in 2016 and held numbers of positions in both Finance and internal audit Departments, He has experience in several industries prior his joining to the Group, he previously worked in the field of Finance, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal and External Audits in a number of government and private entities.
