Sadara Basic Services Company announced the appointment of Ashraf Ghazzawi to replace Ahmed Al-Saadi as Chairman of the Board of Directors of its parent company, Sadara Chemicals.

The company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that there is no detailed material data for the listed company, Sadara Basic Services, as the main purpose of its establishment is to issue sukuk, indicating that it will not entail any significant obligations or operations except in relation to the sukuk. On this basis, this announcement reflects the financial results of the parent company, Sadara Chemicals.
