Alinma Bank BOD decides to distribute SAR 596 mln cash dividends for Q2

Alinma Bank announced on Thursday the Board of Directors resolution on 26 July 2023 to distribute SAR 596,160,521 cash dividends to the shareholders for the second quarter of 2023, equivalent to 3% of the nominal value of the share.

The Number of Shares Eligible for Dividends is 1,9 billion shares at 0.30 riyals after deducting zakat, provided that the eligibility for dividends is for the shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on Wednesday corresponding to August 9, 2023 and who are registered in Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the dividends Eligibility date, and the distribution will take place on August 23.
